2023 OnePlus launches an Doorstep Repair Service in 6 Indian Cities
OnePlus has launched a first-of-its kind service for doorstep repairs in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi as well as Chennai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chennai, and Pune. The company claimed that it is the first smartphone manufacturer to provide on-site doorstep repair services.
As an extension of this initiative, OnePlus offers free product pickup and drop-off services for OnePlus customers who have any product issues. This service is available in more than 8000 pin codes that cover 80% of India.
According to OnePlus, the company has been running a pilot service for six months prior to the launch. OnePlus plans to expand the initiative in all tier-1 and tier-2 cities.
This service can be requested via the OnePlus Care App. Customers can select a time that suits them and the engineer will visit.

OnePlus opened two new ESCs (Exclusive Repair Centers) in Kolkata, Indore, and Mumbai in January. It also plans to open three new ESCs in Aurangabad Baroda and Lucknow in the first half this year.
Within two years of establishing its initial exclusive service centre, OnePlus had expanded to more than 70 service centers, including exclusive and partnered outlets in 40+ cities and villages. It also plans to increase its customer service network by 100 cities, including tier-2 and beyond, before 2020.
